The platform facilitates the meeting between those seeking financing for real estate projects and those wishing to invest in such projects.
4. Registration and participation
To actively participate in investment projects, it is necessary to complete a registration process that includes identity verification in accordance with current regulations on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing. Patrimio HQ reserves the right to reject or suspend registrations that do not meet the established requirements.
5. Project information
Patrimio HQ publishes detailed information about each available project, including location, development stage, estimated timeline, target amount, and participation conditions. While we strive to present accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data provided by each project's developers. Users should conduct their own evaluation before making investment decisions.
6. Investment risks
All investments made through the platform carry risks inherent to the real estate market and collective financing. Invested capital is not guaranteed. There may be delays in project execution, variations in expected returns, or, in extreme cases, total or partial loss of invested capital. Patrimio HQ does not guarantee any returns. 11. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from the use of the platform or the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction that may apply.
12. Modifications
